You will be happy to hear that Instagram reports are made towards another account fully anonymous no matter what kind of report you decide to file towards them. Instagram will send no notification to the user that has been reported that you have reported them. The reported user will however get notified if Instagram decides to do something with your report (such as ban, mute or block). However, the reported user will in no way get informed on who reported them so you can stay calm.
Instead, Instagram will quietly investigate your claim, and then act appropriately. You will not be mentioned (unless this leads to any illegal activities found, you may want to read the Terms of Service)
